To be successful you will need to have:
- Experience in a User Experience Design role
- A design/interactive qualification
- An applied understanding of User Experience Design, accessibility and usability
- A portfolio with the X factor.
You will also have the personality and flexibility to work in a specialist team environment with highly capable User Experience Designers, Solution Consultants, Project Managers and Developers.
