Interfusion was a joint venture between Intergen and Fusion5 and was set up as a specialist Microsoft Dynamics Nav (Navision) solution partner.

Intergen Managing Director Tony Stewart said completing the total acquisition was always on the cards, however the total absorption into the business of Interfusion has come about a lot sooner than expected and at an exciting time in the company’s growth plans.

“Full acquisition allows us to integrate the InterFusion team, Intergen Business Solutions, into Intergen. Our strategy was already to treat this team as if it were an integrated part of Intergen. It will now, however, make it much easier to invest in growing the Business Solutions business, share resources across projects and leverage the integration across all the Microsoft technologies including the Microsoft Dynamics range,” Mr Stewart said.

“We now have a long-term stable position where we can concentrate on developing and growing the business as a whole.”
