Intergen delegates attend Microsoft Business Process Infrastructure Optimisation (BPIO) conference in Singapore

Intergen staff members Brendan Law and Paul Quirk attended the BPIO conference last week, with Intergen one of three New Zealand partners in attendance.

BPIO focuses on streamlining the way people do business and is a further revision of the People Ready Business Campaign that Steve Balmer launched a couple of years ago. The BPIO model maps an organisation’s level of infrastructure optimisation and provides guidance for optimising IT infrastructure assets, based on Gartner models.

This was the second of three worldwide conferences that form the pilot for the BPIO courses that will be presented by trainers globally. Following the completion of the pilot the training will be rolled out in November via local trainers.
