Peter Jones, one of Intergen’s Christchurch developers, has been awarded Microsoft MVP (Most Valuable Professional) status for his work with ASP.NET for the fourth consecutive year.
The MVP awards serve to recognise ‘exceptional technical community leaders from around the world for voluntarily sharing their high quality, real world expertise.’
Peter has received MVP status for the last four years, primarily due to his involvement with the New Zealand .NET User Group. Until recently, Peter organised Christchurch meetings and maintained the website.
Peter says “For Intergen, having (three) MVPs provides a higher level of visibility within Microsoft locally and internationally. I think it also says a lot about the type of people Intergen employs, as all MVPs I have met are very professional, multi-talented and passionate about Microsoft products. And Microsoft loves its partners for these very reasons.”
