Visioning, Analysis and Requirements Definition

This service addresses client needs for the definition and management of business technology projects. It helps clients justify and define the scope of their projects, to identify and analyse requirements, to document precise and understandable design statements, and to manage projects to a successful conclusion.

Essential to the success of this service are the following characteristics:

  • Experience with the business, with the key enabling technologies and business processes required for modern commerce
  • The ability to facilitate the expression of business requirements in terms of their processes, information needs and business rules. This involves the development of business and project vision, and the unifying influence of working together in workshops to achieve these.
  • The ability to represent the analysis and requirement in an understandable format for business readers, and for those charged with detailed requirements and design responsibilities.
  • The ability to identify and assess suitable benchmark and competitive "best practices"
  • High quality project management

Each member of our senior team has 10-20 years technology and business consulting experience with a wide range of private and public sector enterprises, and industries. They have also been responsible for assisting clients to realise highly innovative and in some cases, revolutionary business strategies.
