i-Track

Effective Issue Management is an important part of the quality assurance process and requires a structured and logical approach.

Intergen have a web based tool which is used for recording all project related issues for the clients we work with.

We believe that an Issue Management tool should be easy to use and should only gather the information that is essential. It should also provide the ability to easily extract information out of. That is what we have developed with i-Track.

Some of the key features and benefits of i-Track are:

  • Accessible by the client and the development / test team (over the Internet)
