Enterprise Applications, Southern Region
As a member of the Christchurch office, Jonathon has seen the office grow from a headcount of three to more than 30, and has worked on a wide variety of projects with a diverse team.
Jonathon's role is as a lead developer, performing Business Intelligence consulting and development. He liaises with clients and Intergen team members and project managers, and is in involved with requirements gathering and estimation, through to project delivery and sign off. Jonathon also likes to perform client training and upskilling.
In 2004, Jonathan completed a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at Canterbury University, and since then has completed numerous IT professional qualifications.
Jonathon says: "Business Intelligence to me is the right balance between technology and one-on-one consultation. I believe in a hands-on approach where Intergen and our customers work together to increase visibility and decision making over business-critical applications. I like to think both myself and customers come out better off with a rich understanding of the effort and systems involved through project work. I also like to work onsite as much as possible, getting a feel for how the company hangs together that I am doing work for."
