Mark Delaney

User Experience Designer

Mark is a user experience designer at Intergen. He also responds to UX Evangelist depending on which day of the week it is.

Mark has a passion for creating professional user interfaces for web-based applications, information rich websites, intranets and interactive multimedia solutions that are easy to use and deliver measurable business results.

Mark’s experience covers the whole user-centered design process, including workshop facilitation, research, interaction design, visual design and usability testing. He is a firm believer that in order for a website to be ‘usable’ it must be understandable and needs to communicate clearly effectively to its audience.

“The better we communicate to your customers, the easier it is for them to understand the goals and objectives of your web presence and be motivated to take action,” Mark says.

Mark is fascinated with how people interact with and think about the web. His mission in life is to bring happiness to people’s lives by eliminating all bad user experiences.

With eight years' experience working at Intergen, Mark has worked with a plethora of clients ranging from government, banking and insurance sectors to travel and retail -accumulating a wealth of applied knowledge along the way just waiting to be applied to the next juicy challenge.
