Since graduating in Management and Computer sciences in the early 90s, Tim has been passionate and fascinated by the difference IT-based solutions can make to organisations. IT consulting is in his DNA and provides the platform to fulfil that desire to make the difference and see organisations achieve their potential.
Tim’s first exposure to IT consultancy was as one of the founding members of Glazier Systems, a highly successful predecessor to Intergen. From this point on, Tim realised that IT consultancy was his passion and has focused the majority of his 20 years working as a consultant and/or holding a management role within a consultancy.
The last eight years saw Tim take responsibility for establishing and developing the Southern region – an experience that has given Tim an extremely valuable perspective of not only how to deliver successful business solutions but also the background in developing and managing all aspects of a successful regional IT consultancy.
Throughout his career, data management, business intelligence, and the process of harnessing the value of data have fascinated Tim. The fundamentals have not changed much, but certainly the delivery utilising modern tools and techniques has. This long running passion for all things data, see Tim taking on a new challenge in taking Intergen’s established BI service line and tasked to develop it into a world-class Australasian practice.
