To Danielle, it’s less about the transaction than it is about the relationship. To sum it all up she says: “If my client is happy, then I’m happy.”
Prior to joining Intergen in 2007, Danielle worked on the ‘other side of the fence’ in contract and vendor management, procurement and commercial management roles. This background has given her valuable insight into what customers really need, and exposure to the grass roots, day-to-day realities of successful relationship management.
What does Danielle love best about what she does? “The best thing for me is getting to the critical point in a relationship where it is mutually beneficial, where open and frank conversations can happen and real results start happening through the partnership.”
