Chief Projects Officer

Naomi is our Chief Projects Officer. She is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of all of Intergen’s projects through its Project Management Office (PMO).

Naomi’s role is tasked with growing and developing our people, processes and frameworks within Intergen’s National Project Management Office, and across the wider engagement team to make sure that we successfully deliver great solutions to our clients that add real value to their businesses. She is responsible for  the continuous improvement of our world class Project Management and Programme Management Methodologies, building on the already strong foundations that we have in place.

Naomi provides portfolio, programme and project leadership, governance, support and advise to our National PMO, across all layers of management within Intergen and to our clients.

Coming from an extensive project management background, during Naomi’s career she has worked both here in New Zealand and the United  Kingdom  where she has headed up sectors and operated as a Project Director for software development companies in the United Kingdom.
