Paddy is an experienced project manager and consultant, with more than 29 years' experience with information and business technology.

Paddy had more than 10 years development experience with British Airways and Databank, and worked as a consultant with Ernst & Young for more than 6 years.  While with Ernst & Young, Paddy became a key practitioner of Business Process Reengineering methods, working with Telecom Mobile and Horowhenua Energy to totally redesign the way they conduct their business.

Paddy is a specialist in the delivery of systems using a business process improvement approach to the identification of value in, and justification for, business systems design and development.  He is also an expert analyst and systems designer. Most of all he is a highly experienced and successful project manager of business improvement and development projects.
