Simon Bright

Practice Principal & Chief Solutions Architect - Dynamics

Simon has more than 15 years’ experience in consulting. His background in finance and accounting was the springboard to a move into the business solutions space and over the last 12 years Simon has focused on the successful delivery of Financial Management, Enterprise Resource Planning and Customer Relationship Management solutions to New Zealand companies.

Simon has held senior positions with some of New Zealand’s premiere companies. As a Partner with Ernst & Young Simon made a calculated decision to get behind the introduction of Navision (now Microsoft Dynamics NAV) into the New Zealand marketplace and subsequently built a very successful team delivering projects across the length and breadth of the country. More recently, Simon was a Director with CGNZ Middle Market Solutions, a leading provider of Microsoft Dynamics NAV, AX and CRM solutions before this business was purchased by Hewlett Packard. At HP Simon was responsible for driving the Microsoft Services business in New Zealand.

As Practice Principal at Intergen, Simon is responsible for the overall quality of the projects and people Intergen provides to our clients; as Chief Solutions Architect he is responsible for the quality of the overall solution. Simon says, “These days clients are looking for much more than a software product; they are looking for a solution to their business problem. Intergen is uniquely positioned to bring together composite technologies to solve these problems in a way that adds real practical value to our clients business.”
