Tony Stewart

Managing Director

Tony has a background both as a software developer and as an accountant. He has worked in the IT industry for almost 20 years with half of that time in business management. He has had extensive exposure to a wide range of businesses, applications, architectures and development environments.

In his role as Managing Director of Intergen, Tony draws heavily on his experiences from the “coal face” and also his business knowledge and accounting qualifications. This mix is a key contributing factor to the culture and success of Intergen.

Tony maintains a keen interest in technology and plays an integral role in the ongoing refinement of Intergen’s methodologies and frameworks. He also plays an active role in many projects, providing specific advice to clients and guidance to project teams.

Tony was one of the founders of Glazier Systems which later became Intergen. Prior to that he spent 8 years working for a multi-national consultancy firm in NZ and the USA.
