Steven Foster, Intergen's Product Manager for CRM presented what’s new for Microsoft CRM 2011, taking look at the new functions and features that have been developed. He also provided insight into how existing users of CRM can upgrade to the new system and how new users can get on board with CRM 2011.
CRM 2011 has been refreshed. With a new format and layout changes, and over 500 other enhancements, CRM 2011 delivers connected experiences for people inside and outside of an organisation. Steve explored the new system, highlighting new developments that spanned from maps to form changes, giving attendees a flavour for CRM 2011.
