- Real world commercial experience in delivering MOSS 2007 (or previous versions of SharePoint Server) solutions
- A solid understanding of all MOSS features and the ability to present these features and their benefits to existing and potential clients
- An in-depth working knowledge of Content Management, Collaboration, Portal and Search technologies
- Experience customising MOSS solutions, using, for example, web parts, custom page layouts, workflows and web services

We are looking for passionate and motivated individuals to join our Business Analysts team. As a Solution Consultant you will be responsible for analyzing and implementing MOSS solutions. Intergen has a number of solution consultants within our BA team covering a number of key products including MCRM, MOSS and NAV.
You will have the following skills:
- Real world commercial experience in delivering MOSS 2007 (or previous versions of SharePoint Server). You may alternatively have experience in a related area of consulting and be motivated to specialize in MOSS
- A solid understanding of all MOSS features and the ability to present these features and benefits to existing and potential clients
- An in-depth working knowledge of Content Management, Collaboration, Portal and Search technologies from an end user perspective
- Experience configuring solutions to meeting business requirements
- Strong written skills to provide input into analysis documents and RFP responses
- Excellent customer facing skills – your role will require you to represent Intergen’s capabilities and experience with clients and in presales opportunities

A recent addition to the Microsoft product range, Performance Point Server (PPS) 2007 has made a big splash in the BI market. With an increasing number of our clients looking to leverage PPS in their BI solutions, Intergen is looking to expand its expertise in this area.

- Have the ability and experience to own the delivery of PPS solutions from initial conception through to final implementation
- Can mentor both technical and non-technical staff in the use and configuration of PPS solutions

Ideally you will have a minimum of 4 – 5 years consulting and implementation experience and strong business analysis skills.
You will be comfortable operating with senior managers as well and staff on client sites. You will have a desire to help our customers improve their business by implementing innovative solutions that leverage Microsoft Dynamics AX and other Microsoft solutions, including Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services and MOSS.
Key requirements include:
- Work with clients to gather and document detailed business requirements suitable for the client to accept, AX configuration to happen and the development team to implement any identified changes
- Take ownership for the implementation, configuration and delivery of AX projects working with the project team, including Intergen and client Project Managers
- Work with the wider project team including Account Manager, Project Manager and Development team (AX and non-AX specialists)
- Provide super-user training to clients
- Provide AX support and guidance to existing clients and some client relationship management
- Work with the Business Development Manager to respond to Microsoft Dynamics AX leads and opportunities, including understanding high-level business and technical requirements, specifying the solution and estimating costs
- Prepare and conduct AX demonstrations, including complimentary MS technologies, e.g. SharePoint Portal, Business Intelligence, Reporting Services, MS Office and PerformancePoint
